Shipment of your package

Packages are shipped via DPD with a tracking number and delivered in 3 ways:

  • Delivery in a relay point in 24-48h
  • Home delivery by appointment
  • Delivery to the workplace

Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.

All orders placed after 10am will be shipped the next working day.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.

Delivery charges

The delivery costs of our site take into account all the actions allowing the sending of your products in the best conditions:

  • Your products
  • The packaging and the wedging
  • The shipping costs of our partner DPD

The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package.

We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Delivery is free for all orders over 150€.

Returns

We take all possible precautions, in terms of packaging, to enable you to receive your order in good conditions. In accordance with article L133 of the French Commercial Code, as soon as the goods leave our premises, the carrier has an obligation of result, and is the only one responsible for the final state of the goods. 

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer has a period of 14 days to notify the shop of any defects or errors.

After verification, we will send you a return label and proceed with the exchange or refund of the product.

During the legal withdrawal period, products that have been used and/or tested cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product has an original defect.

The cost of return is at the customer's expense, provided that it is not due to defects or errors by Euromag.

If the customer cancels a confirmed order when it has already been dispatched or does not accept the parcel on arrival, Euromag may demand payment of the transport costs incurred.

Refunds will be made within 15 days of the verification of the erroneous order, with notification of the transaction sent to the email address of the account used to place the order.
