Alnico holding magnets

Main characteristics :

• Shape: cylindrical - Metal magnets made of aluminium, nickel, cobalt and iron
• Temperature limits: 500°C
• Very good shock resistance
• Various applications: permanent or temporary positioning and fixing (lamps, measuring devices, protective screens, etc.), door closing, recovery of mild steel parts, sorting, handling, etc.

The magnetic core of the suction cup is a powerful Alnico magnet, entirely inserted in a magnetic circuit, whose effect is to focus the totality of the magnet's flux in the immediate vicinity of the single active face.

The very robust, all-metal, heat-resistant, vibration-resistant and virtually demagnetisable suction cups have become a common workshop tool. They can be partially welded, drilled, tapped or milled and are particularly suitable for use in the mechanical industry, boiler making, all maintenance workshops, building sites, etc. Rust protection by zinc plating (except on the active side).

Its cylindrical shape makes it easy to attach.

You can drill and tap the rear side of the suction cups, taking care not to exceed the maximum drilling depth in order to avoid coming into contact with the magnet and driving it away. The magnetic suction cups have a good mechanical resistance thanks to the soft steel caps of the magnets.
